.....A medieval joust

It was hard to choose just one photo that sums up today.

We went to Carisbrooke castle for their annual medieval joust, Four knights on amazing horses jousting to be crowned the winner, lots of medieval tents, with food, medicine, classes makers, story tellers, cooking, washing and generally showing people how life used to be, there was also a bird display a Jester and a medieval band.

A perfect day out with great friends.
