Holiday #8 Stormy Day!

An early start to pack up and organise the car. Then I went for a walk in the grounds, where the thunder was rumbling all around for most of the morning. The atmosphere was heavy but there was no rain. These clouds were moving so fast...

I had lunch with the others before the people there prayed with me prior to my journey home which was really great :)

The less said about the journey, pouring rain and a thunderstorm! I am very grateful for a good car (old but usually reliable). I was amazed at the floodwater when I got home too, it was really bad around and about.

I got home mid afternoon and emptied the car, then rushed off to collect Billy who is now also home. He's miaowing an awful lot and I'm not sure why that is, its rather worrying.... The cattery said he was ok (when I went up to him in his bed, he miaowed at me, but ignored me other than that...and he miaowed all the way home too)! He's eating and drinking ok though...I think he must just have been a bit stressed....
