Back .....

..... to normal.


Well not quiet, but the back is a lot less painful than yesterday. I saw the GP this morning and he's diagnosed a torn muscle in my back which has caused the other muscles in my lower back to spasm to try and protect it.

I'm now on some tablets to relax my muscles a bit and some very strong pain killers. Hopefully the torn muscle should repair fairly quickly and it's a lot better than the other possible options that could have been causing the pain.
