By The Sea

I look forward, every day, to visiting various beaches along the coast where I live. At the time of the full moon the beaches are particularly generous and bountiful in the sea glass washed up. After the full moon on Monday last I have a generous amount collect.

I hope to visit Lambay Island (photo) shortly to collect some more glass as I'm the only one who collects the special glass out there much of which has washed up from old shipwrecks.

Tomorrow I'll start making my Christmas presents setting the glass in silver settings to create pendants, bracelets and ornaments. Nineteen weeks to go from today....just saying
