Results day (what's it to be?)

In the run up to results day the gallows humour was "what are you going to drink to celebrate when results come out?"

"Champagne..........beer....or......bleach?"

Not wanting to be insensitive to anyone reading this journal, we started on beer then moved on to champagne. Mr H is a happy bunny.

We all went for a pub dinner to celebrate. Mr E regaled us with stories of student life and tips for success for Mr H. We plied Mrs W with nerve tonic, she seemed like she needed it. I gave Mr H a lift to another pub afterwards, (another blip banked) where the real celebrations were going to get underway.

Looks like I'm going to have to get a lot of Mr H blips in before September.
