Blocks of colour
Found myself pulling over at the side of the road, climbing fences, traversing hillsides and slipping into big boggy bits in pursuit of a blip that I saw as I was driving along. I turned back as it soon became apparent that there was no way I would get the same shot unless I was on the other side of the hill and I didn't have time to get there.
Instead I turned back to the car and took for a shot of the blocks that make up the Churchill Barriers. Always amazes me how much colour there is in them.
BTW as well as getting my shoes very muddy, I froze my fingers off in the process. Made driving very tricky.
