Watch cat

Lea isn't convinced about this whole new tiny human thing. Since his arrival, she stays at a healthy distance from him, but is never really far. I'll catch her keeping an eye on things, especially when the baby is fussy or colicky.

I was afraid of her reaction, to be honest, afraid of outright animosity. She is not, after all, the easiest, most sociable feline. So far though, nothing of the sort has transpired. She is intrigued, but she also seems to have given herself the job to watch over me as I watch over him. I don't know yet if she approves or not, but time shall tell!
