It's not too hard to tell who's the boss who's in the middle and who's at the bottom of the ladder.

The boss tells the guy with the oil can when to squirt, the 2'nd in command does the squirting, the low guy on the tomempole does all the labour of cutting the thread.

We all had a good laugh.
