Banana fritters

In Singapore we call it 'goreng pisang' in the Malay language. It's not often I get to stumble upon good banana fritters. Usually, they don't taste as great when they're cooled.. But the ones I tried today were pure gem. It was crispy on the outside, and the banana basically melts in your mouth. Delightful!
