Before The Race

The hospital I work for and Cigna Insurance held their 22nd Annual 5K race. I had planned on walking it with a group from the hospital, but knee problems had me thinking twice. So I volunteered. 6500 runners/walkers/local celebrities/handing out ice cream sandwiches/bananas/water and yogurt. Perfect weather with temperatures in the 70s F.
