More progress

I have now managed to fit the camera strap that was provided with my new toy. This might not sound very impressive but it was not a normal one. Instead of attaching to the ears on the side of the camera it attached via the tripod screw on the bottom. Now I might be a nervous wozze ( I can still see the price on the till when I bought it) but being held by only one connection worries me. On the plus side it is now very easy to use, slung low on the hip for a quick draw.
A few test shots have been taken to see what does what, have found and used the "delete" button a lot.
