D day

Duathlon day today.

Glenrothes Triathlon Club organised this duathlon. In the gardens of Balbirnie House Hotel and the surrounding local roads for the cycle section.
Last year was their first one and it got voted the most enjoyable duathlon of the year....

Apart from my chain coming off twice, stopping the bike and turning round cos I was convinced I'd been sent the wrong way!!.... and a little cramp for my last run, it was a good race.
My overall time was little better than I expected. (even with all the little mishaps!)

Good atmosphere and well organised.
