Martin is one of the six founding directors of Bala Sport who source Fairtrade balls like this one. Less than 1% of the footballs played with around the world are Fairtrade. Bala Sport is a social enterprise cooperative. Through fair wages and work conditions, its goal is to empower the men and women in Pakistan who make the balls.
