Shard!

My friends Char and Sarah took me out for an early birthday celebration this evening. We do this for each others' birthdays every year, but this time they really outdid themselves with pre-dinner drinks ('prinks') at the Shard. I LOVED it! We spent a fab couple of hours nursing a bottle of wine, chatting away and gazing out at the fabulous views - then went on to Roast at Borough Market for a delicious dinner. Fab evening! Rounded off with my sweet husband coming to meet me from the station on my way home :)
