River crossing

Last day of the tour and we finished with a race followed by a fun relay. I was delegated the job of overseeing the river crossing. Surrounded by midges I spent a couple hours ensuring everyone crossed safely.

The fun relay involved carrying a balloon round the course and the junior coaches arrived in fancy dress which was fabulous.

The week ended with a celebratory meal and awards meeting.

A wonderful if tiring week.
