Possible new challenge?

Looked round a house today with a view to buy. Old Victorian cottage near a church in centre of small market town. Was hoping that by looking I would hate house and therefore take it out of equation.

That was a mistake! I like the higgledy piggledy of the place, the horrendously steep stairs and the ramshackle old shed as pictured with the asbestos roof and pigeons roosting! What a potential project!

Oh and the garden is on three levels, with a cottage feel and considering its in middle of town do quiet and peaceful - what more could I want?

Got a problem now as need to sell present house pdq otherwise someone else will snap up this place !

Hey ho that's the price you pay for being inquisitive about house for sale before selling your own place ...
