Meat

Various stuff today, including a trip to the meat & fish market. Always great to see small butchers so well supported, including our favourite Alberts who does fantastic old breed meat, properly aged, including his legendary black strap bacon.

Now just have to portion up this bloody enormous whole salmon and jobs a good un.
