Heron

The leg is almost fully recovered after yesterday's ouch

I really don't understand that based on my previous allergic reactions (I've even had to go to A&E in the past) but I took advantage and did a 70 minute walk with Kassidy

Had a few boring blips ready and the 5 minutes from home I spotted the heron

so as a change from swans here it is
