The Colour Run

After a drive to Birmingham NEC I ran a 5km today...The Colour Run.
AMAZING!
We got covered in powder paint every kilometre...pink, yellow, blue, orange...then we ran to the finish and got bags of powder to throw in a massive dance off in front of a big stage. It was awesome, best run I've ever done and the most fun I've had in ages. We laughed like drains all the way round!

More pics here on my 40th year challenges blog....I have started five months early as there is so much to celebrate at the end of the 39th year. Then I have a year for my 40th where I will be challenging myself to forty big challenges...so much to look forward to!
