More new toys

Yay.... another parcel in the post today. This time bringing a set of ND filters to go with the UV, polarising and flourescent ones that arrived the other day.
It also came with some extra bits I wasn't expecting.
Anyone got any idea what the white, blue and orange things are for?
And what the strange moustache shaped thing is?
