Two happy souls

Actually there were three! Me included! It's hard to believe this is the height of summer when you are wearing a top, fleece, puffa jacket, waterproof jacket and gloves, but you may be able to spot the snow flakes scudding across at 3000m. Today we bit the bullet and went out anyway - what a fabulous day: full of every weather. This was taken from a summit off the beaten track but certainly worth the extra effort. The background is looking towards the valley where we live.
