The wheels of life keep turning

This wheel is precious because I watched it for 18 months when I was preparing for a big swim. Brighton was our training ground and this view is imprinted on my mind.
As the wheel turns so do the cycles of life and here I am Nearly 2 years after that big challenge and yet it seems so recent.
I must be getting old I say to my loved ones. Yes you are they reply ;) aren't we all. In body if not in spirit or mind. Thank goodness.
