Steering in the right direction

On the way back from skiing today we found a quarry site just off the road and I let my 12 year old have his first drive in a manual car. He just loves the old Landcruiser so to drive it as well was a big buzz.

He was let loose in low ratio and got up to 3rd gear. Excellent skills, didn't stall it once.

In a few years time I'll probably curse his enthusiasm for cars but for now it's cool to see him gaining another skill.
