Tired little boy

It's the weekend and Laura's not at work so I decided to try and stay up after my night shift. That may have been a mistake, I was ok all morning, watched the marathon at the European Championships, went for a run myself, and then settled down to watch the first game of the new football season...

...then I put my head down...

It was only the last 5 minutes or so of the United Swansea game but it did tell me that if I'm gonna stay up I'd better do something.
