Autumn is a-Comin' In

There seems no doubt that autumn is knocking at the door.
These cherry tree leaves were being torn from branches by a very strong cool wind, while some of the tourists depending on their country of origin, were not in short sleeves any more, but were attired in scarves and hooded anoraks.

No scone comparison today but rather lovely toast and marmalade at our favourite canal side café, after which I accompanied His Lordship to the furthest marches of Edinburgh for his clothes shopping, and what do you know? He came back with nothing and I came back with two items.
