The Wild Wild West

By Beedoesthis

Saturday strolling

A nice walk round Dyrham Park, well the grounds at least. The weather held off long enough but it wasn't always blisteringly hot.

Lots of deer!, lots of people, lots of lovely flowers and some good looking cows.

Pork pie for lunch (shortcrust pastry, more like sausage stuffing, no jelly, very nice but not a Melton Mowbray version), and tea. Must have tea.

Then off to the pub to hear Cap'n Billy's tales of derring do on the support boat for the Great Pacific Race, and end the evening with a curry (the poor chap hasn't had a curry for six weeks!
