Ganache covered Chocolate Beetroot Cake

So, after days of foodie gallivanting & partying it was a genteel day of gardening & baking.

Caught up on the Great British Bake Off & finally made a chocolate beetroot cake (Nigella's recipe), pretty darn deelish if I do say so myself!

S better get in quick before I send the rest of it in to his office for his colleagues to enjoy (& ensure I don't scoff the whole lot!)
