Muffins

Had a lovely time at the party last night, but another very late night meant another late morning, though a restful lie in was not to be when a wriggly boy joined us in bed. Quite a slow day. Shifted a few more courgettes by turning them into courgette and pea soup and made raspberry and almond muffins, all of which went down well at lunchtime.

TT decided to cut the beech hedge at the back of our house (having previously done the front) – given the wind, he reckoned the cuttings would be helpfully blown away into the field. He then made gooseberry crumble which was enjoyed by all.

This is a first as I don’t think I have blipped any of my baking before.
