Citizen Bird

We took a ride to the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge this morning, and met a slew of other early-rising citizens. This fellow insisted on having his left profile photographed; how could I say "no"? Check him out large, he is worth it.

In other news, my school semester is about to start. Wednesdays will be hard: I wake up at 5:30 am to get LM ready, go to work for 10, work till 2 pm, and then have classes from 3-6 and 6-9. HD volunteered to care of LM on Thur morning (I usually let him sleep in as he has a really hard time getting up so early in the morning); I am grateful as I doubt I will be able to simply fall asleep after being in class till 9...
