Fresh off the boat at Eddie's #food #cookery #fish

Each Saturday, we visit Eddies's to make our choice for supper. The shop is always bursting with fresh fish just delivered off the boats - a feast for the eyes and the stomach.

Today we selected Gurnard (to the right of the picture). We'll be eating it with a Thai coconut sauce - yum!

Eddie's is in Roseneath Street, just off the Meadows in Edinburgh.
