today i learnt that

Beetroot is well tasty
Coconut flour and coconut oil makes a good crumble but not as good as ordinary flour and butter
Aubergine is also well tasty
Yoghurty dressing goes well with beetroot

And very little else. I've spent the whole day eating/sleeping/watching trashy telly
