1st Beach TAEBO in Luxembourg

With hardly 17°C and a couple of raindrops towards the end, the first beach TAEBO was a matter of utter motivation, seen from my side. In fact, the bunch of people who had followed Pepa's invitation didn't seem to mind at all running in the cold and wet sand and actually sweated after half an hour of training. That is the TAEBO's Family Attitude ;))
