It was mostly quite a nice day today, but the one downpour was heavy and looked like this .

Otherwise a quiet day at home with a roast dinner and a viewing of 'The Boys from Brazil' for our matinee which Fred bought recently because we both like it (and one of us likes Gregory Peck) and because Alex (and Mum, as it happens) had never seen it.
We all enjoyed it.
