Civilisation is....

...a decent restaurant with proper glasses
nice tablecloths and no such thing as a children's menu
scallops on belly pork instead of chicken nuggets
a fillet steak that melts in the mouth rather than being chewed to death
a classy bottle of malbec instead of some house plonk and a couple of fantas

we managed to lose the children in a club for the evening.
