Highlights and highlighter

Oh boy... This research proposal is killing me. Just for fun... Here's the title:

"A zone too far? The impact of degrees of temporal dispersion on vigilant interaction as an antecedent to effective and efficient decision-making in virtual teams."

I've been editing and highlighting all day. But the only real highlight was when this gorgeous flowers turned up. How lovely.
