Meeting the Chef (2014.226)

If you're going to fly to London for dinner, you'd better make it a spectacular dinner. The Kitchen Table at Petrus certainly was a spectacular dinner. Canapés, then 9 courses, all cooked in the kitchen as we looked on from our elevated table.

After the meal, we met the head chef, Neil Snowball, who gave us a tour of the kitchen and answered all our questions. Here he poses for photos with (left to right) Susan (Mrs Edinburgh Chap), and her sisters, Karen & Linda.

It was an awesome dining experience, well worth the planes, trains & automobiles to get there & back within 24hrs. Only our 4th night away from the children together in 10 years.
