This multi-story high rise in San Jose is a licensed gambling casino. Julie and I were discussing how this is legal gambling outside a Native American reservation (that's where most are located and licensed due to sacred property rights and other state and federal rulings.

It's a big monstrosity, but changes gorgeous colors continually during the evening.
