Mono Monday - Connection

And today's connection is brought to you by the letter M.

Actually today's connection is to last week's mono Monday blip which showed a tui in the cherry blossom tree. This week a tiny waxeye in the same tree.

The poor wee waxeyes don't get much of a look in when the tui are about. The bigger birds are very territorial about the tree, seeing the nectar as their right, so they chase the waxies away.
