Fleeting pink...

...not to be confused with Pink Floyd who was not related to Keith Floyd but I digress. I have done Newcastle beach to death but there was just this fleeting minute where the skies coloured pink before returning to grey again which they have been for most of the day. I preferred this to the boys without brains playing with the waves at the Baths and the usual spillage at the Canoe Pool. It is now blowing a hooley, we have all been warned to batten down the hatches and not to fly kites. Yes, the dreaded East Coast low is lurking with menace for a few days.
