Dragons, Princesses, and Knights

The dragons were not visible after the 04:15 bedtime last night. Princesses and Knights were up early but the whole group didn't meet up for an early breakfast.

Sadly Sarah & J had to head back to the UK, duty calls and no Ryanair flights to Stanstead on Sunday, meant we had to head off for Munich International Airport (West) aka Memmingen. Took the best part of 15 minutes including parking the car and getting to Terminal 1. The check-in and security queue was filled with nobody and in the blink of an eye, they were gone. Provincial airports do have their charm even if Eau de Vache rather than D&G EdT wafts from the Duty Free Shops and Farmers Weekly takes pride of place on the newsstand.

Back home to find everything tidied away.

We had hoped to get in a ride, Sarah in particular but circumstances didn't allow as was the case for the bees which she also wanted to inspect close up. With only Sultan on form, Angie saddled him up and the Princess and Knight did a turn before she headed out west for a walk with the dogs.

Can't really remember what happened to the rest of the day.....after effects and no Merlin in sight to fulfill my wish that the dragons left.
