Mono Monday Challenge.........

Travelling through France a couple of years ago, we stopped at the delightful town of Baccarat, the home of some of the most beautiful glass made. I fell in love with this crystal decanter, such a beautiful shape. So suggested we might purchase it, my husband went pale - 'do we really need another decanter', well the ones we have are not as exquisite as this one! Went for a tour of the glass works and to an interesting exhibition, came back to buy the decanter but the showroom was closed for lunch. Well of course in France everything stops for food and drink!

Interesting that on our way home, I navigated us back to the town of Baccarat during opening hours and.......I now have a decanter to take a blip for Mono Monday!
