New toy

Having finally acquired a wide angle lens (my new Canon 10-18) I decided I really wanted a neutral density filter for it. I went for a 9 stop Hoya, it's my first neutral density so I wanted something I could really play with - the coating on it is a horror to clean but otherwise I've found it good.

This was literally its first time out the box, between work and pre camping trip shopping I ran down under the pier to give it a quick go - definitely planning on taking it back down there when I've got time to do something fun with it :)
