Beetlejuice

Much cooler today, I wore a jacket for the first time in ages.

I got some nice shots, a pair of young wrens, Jazzy contemplating fox faeces on her football, a red admiral from below and a lovely Southern hawker dragonfly slowed down by the cold. Unfortunately it settled on the Christmas tree and didn't show up very well. :(

I like this common black ground beetle sitting on a thistle in a shower. :) I've tried to identify it but there are so many beetles.

To me Beetlejuice is a red star not a film. That's what we used to call Betelgeuse.
