Mono Monday...Connections

As some of you bakers can probably tell...I baked some cookies today. Oatmeal Craisin with white chocolate chips.

Using all my mechanical know-how, I CONNECTed the beaters to the mixer, and then plugged it into the outlet.

Then, the culinary skills took over. Measuring and sifting and mixing and gently folding in.

In case you're wondering...yes...I did clean up my mess. Let me tell ya...CinderFELLA'S work is never done.

My late mother would ask if the recipe is a keeper. Judging from the one I sampled...I would say no. Not that impressed. I might have to put my apron back on, and drizzle some white chocolate on top of them...trying to "save" them.
