The starter

Dinner tonight with some Italian business partners. Took my day. Ended with a good dinner something I mean I really deserved. The blip of the starter, langustine in some different foam and crushed herbs and something the waiter in vain tried to explain me. I was too tired and too hungry to listen to his long speech about this tiny expensive meal.
