This floral display with a red and blue painted wooden kayak as a feature was created for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

This small garden is the sole legacy for the venue that hosted two days of triathlon events.

Not much considering the millions lavished on the facility all to be dismantled and taken away.

Could more thought have been put into features that would have an afterlife for the park after the games, I wonder.
