Sundae on a Monday

Today is our wedding anniversary so we took the kids out for lunch at The Bull in Ditchling (voted one of The Times top 10 pubs in the UK). The weather was nice enough to sit outside and we managed to avoid any rain even though we had some very black clouds pass over. We had a lovely meal (I had BBQ pulled pork which was supposed to be a lighter meal but would easily feed any hungry person!) the service was a bit slow but we didn't mind. The kids meals were amazing - 3 courses for £8 and there was plenty of food! It was finished off for them with a strawberry sundae - I was expecting a few strawberries and a blob of ice cream but they received a full size sundae dish crammed with strawberries, tasty vanilla ice cream and tons of jelly beans!!! They didn't know where to start!
