Happy day

A day when everything appears to have fallen into place. There has been an offer put in on our flat which if accepted will start the day after we move out. This would avoid us having to pay double rent which would be brilliant. We also had good news from our new landlord on a few other things so I'm feeling really happy. A great start to the week!
