A long day

Woke up with my migraine still going strong. Popped a sumatriptan, which eased it enough to pop out to Asda with the family.

Back home for a nap.

Lunch

Out to give blood, which I haven't done for 20 years. It was ok, although I did have a light anxiety attack sitting in the chair.

Back home. Still fighting off the migraine and feeling a bit weak and nauseous. So cuddles in bed with hubbie.

Until now. Our little Squidge just woke up suffering with her asthma. We are now all on the sofa, watching peppa pig and having snuggles. :) every cloud....
