Wee Puffer

Today Sam Galbraith died. A wonderful man and Minister for whom I had the privilege of serving as Private Secretary in 1999-2000.

After a summer of long days and longer nights, Sam thanked his team for their support during the SQA crisis. He gave us each a print of the Wee Puffer.

Sad, sad day lightened by the echo of his wicked laugh during TV tributes.
